Embarking on a new industry journey as a startup has been daunting, especially when it came to managing storage and fulfillment. I consider myself immensely lucky to have partnered with eFulfillment. The standout feature for me has been the exceptional customer service, particularly due to the dedicated representative, Angela, who was assigned to me from the start. Her support has been stellar, a true cornerstone of my business's growth. Despite the inevitable challenges of supply chain bottlenecks and labor shortages that can extend wait times – a universal hurdle – Angela's assistance has turned these challenges into valuable learning experiences. Her involvement has made the entire process not just bearable, but a positively enriching part of my entrepreneurial adventure.

Terrible service with unacceptable pricing times, avoid this company at all costs!

They are always running between three and five days behind meaning that your items don't even leave for a week. The only way to get your item to leave quickly is to pay for the expedited shipping, or the item will not even be picked from the shelf for a week Absolutely terrible, the worst customer service and slowing processing times.
